Sizing & fit

How does Zykaz fit?
True to size. Every piece is sized XS to XXL. If you're between sizes, take the larger for relaxed silhouettes (slip dresses, wide-leg trousers) and the smaller for structured ones (corsets, fitted shirts).

What if my piece doesn't fit?
Return it free within 30 days for a full refund. See returns below.

Fabric & care

What are your fabrics?
Natural fibres only — cotton, silk, knit, modal, ecovero, and linen-ecovero blends.

How do I care for my pieces?
Gentle machine wash, cold. Hang to dry in shade. Iron on low. See the full care guide for fabric-specific notes.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
Across the United States. We ship from our fulfillment center in Virginia.

How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders over $50. Flat $5 on orders under $50.

How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days from dispatch.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
30 days, free returns with a prepaid label. Items must be unworn with tags. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@zykaz.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds post to your original payment within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Sustainability

Why no synthetics?
Polyester, nylon, and acrylic are plastics. They trap heat against the skin, shed microscopic fibres with every wash, and don't biodegrade.

What about packaging?
Recyclable kraft mailers and recycled tissue. No single-use plastic in our shipments.
