Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship across the United States from our fulfillment center in Virginia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $50. Flat $5 shipping on orders under $50.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch. We process orders within 1–2 business days; orders placed before 12pm ET typically ship the same day.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays
Severe weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays) can occasionally extend delivery. We'll do everything we can to keep you informed.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@zykaz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address changes
We can update an address only before the order ships. Once shipped, the package follows the carrier's redelivery process.
