These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of us.zykaz.com (the "Site"), operated by Zykaz LLC ("Zykaz", "we", "us"). By browsing or purchasing from the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products & pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and fabrics accurately, but actual appearance may vary by screen. Sizes are body measurements — see our Size Chart.

3. Orders

An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship across the United States from our fulfillment center in Virginia. Standard shipping is $5; orders over $50 ship free. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch. Full terms in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

6. Account & accuracy

You agree to provide current, accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, brand name, product photography, copy, designs, and trademarks are owned by Zykaz LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site; (c) upload malicious code; (d) scrape or harvest data; (e) infringe third-party rights.

9. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. and uses third-party tools (payment processors, analytics, email). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your interactions with them. We are not responsible for third-party content or links.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zykaz LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zykaz LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
