This Privacy Policy explains how Zykaz LLC ("Zykaz", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit us.zykaz.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you consent to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Account & order data — name, email, shipping & billing address, phone number, order history.
  • Payment data — processed by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Site usage data — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring site. Collected via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
  • Communications — emails, support messages, marketing opt-ins.

3. How we use your information

  • Fulfill orders, process returns, and provide customer service.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
  • Send marketing emails or SMS where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our Site, products, and fit guidance through aggregated analytics.
  • Prevent fraud and comply with U.S. legal obligations.

4. Who we share information with

  • Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform host.
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, and similar providers.
  • Shipping carriers — UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and our 3PL fulfillment partner.
  • Marketing & analytics vendors — Klaviyo, Meta, Google. These vendors are bound by their own privacy obligations.
  • Legal authorities — when required by U.S. law, subpoena, or court order.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use first-party and third-party cookies for cart functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work as a result.

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption, restricted access, and PCI-compliant payment processing. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to protect your information.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
