Return & Exchange

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all U.S. orders. Returns must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@zykaz.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help, email us and we'll guide you through.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@zykaz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in original condition
