Where we ship

We ship across the United States from our fulfillment center in Virginia.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $50.
Flat $5 shipping on orders under $50.

Delivery time

2–5 business days from order placement (1–2 days handling, 2–3 days transit). You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

International

At this time we ship within the United States only. International customers can shop our India store for worldwide delivery.

Tracking

Tracking goes out the moment your label is generated. If you don’t see movement within 48 hours of receiving the email, write to hello@zykaz.com and we’ll chase it.

Lost in transit

Every order is insured. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, email hello@zykaz.com with your order number and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Delays

Peak seasons, weather events, or carrier issues can occasionally push delivery beyond our quoted window. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us and we’ll look into it.
